Things can get better. Are you looking for a respectful, compassionate and confidential setting where your voice will be heard? If you or your child have been struggling with issues such as increased sadness, anxiety, or the inability to process emotional events, counseling may help. There are many challenges in life, but getting help and support shouldn't be one of them. Kristin is an Independently Licensed Clinician with over 12 years of experience. Kristin specializes in working with children, adolescents, adults and families to explore areas of their lives that are challenging. We work together to achieve growth, connection and happiness.

Kristin’s work encompasses an integrative, strength-based, person-centered approach with a focus on achieving one’s goals. Kristin tailors her approach to whatever is most beneficial for the client and facilitates positive change, whether that includes CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed or solution-focused work, or even play therapy with little ones.

Taking the first step towards change can be difficult, but Kristin can guide and support you through this journey. Kristin earned her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and her M.Ed. in Counseling from Bridgewater State University in MA. She has also done extensive training around trauma issues. For the past five years her experience has been in outpatient community mental health agencies providing in-home, in-office and community outreach to children, families and adults struggling with a variety of mental health concerns. Specific areas of clinical experience for Kristin are anxiety, depression, trauma and grief and loss.
