Lily Ryan, LCSW
Lily believes that a collaborative approach to mental health care is most effective. With extensive experience supporting children and adolescents, she artfully balances providing direction and truly listening, while honoring her clients’ autonomy and voice. She finds deep fulfillment in working with young people, believing that learning and applying foundational coping skills is pivotal in this stage of development.
Currently, Lily works as a middle school Adjustment Counselor. She brings a wealth of experience from the public school system as well as clinical and residential settings, where she has supported youth navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. Lily’s practice is rooted in strengths-based, client-centered, and trauma-informed frameworks, though she thoughtfully considers her client and their goals when aligning specific therapeutic approaches to their individualized treatment.
Recognizing that emotions ebb and flow, Lily views therapy as a steady source of guidance and support, one that remains constant even when the tides shift. Lily holds dual credentials as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed School Adjustment Counselor. She earned her undergraduate degree from the College of the Holy Cross, focusing on Psychology, Education, and Art, and completed her Master’s in Social Work at Bridgewater State University
